    Post-Workout Strawberry Smoothie

    Ingredients


    • 1 cup (145g) strawberries, frozen
    • 1 cup (240ml) coconut milk, cartoned
    • 2 scoops (50g) protein powder, vanilla
    • 2 tsp. honey
    • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 2 tsp. desiccated coconut

    Directions


    1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
